Today is the first day of the A-Z blog challenge. And it is awesome. I've been looking forward for this for months.
April is rain and sun.
In Denmark, April is normally a sunny month, with some rain thrown in just for fun. It marks the real change from winter to spring, even if it officially happens in March. (But really, March is bloody cold, and there's snow and stuff. Not much spring over that.)
April is writing, publishing, and trying something new.
I've done the A-Z blog challenge last year, and failed misserably, so this year I've planned better, and I'm determined to make it, and I think it's going to be so much fun to take on this challenge. But one thing is for sure, and that is that a lot of writing will happen.
April is Easter and Chocolate.
As I'm sure is the case for a lot of people, especially those with kids, Easter and April means lots of chocolate. Like, crazy amounts of chocolate. The stores have been selling chocolate eggs, bunnies and hearts for a month at least, and every time you enter a store your eyes are attacked by pastel colors, and your nose is assulted by the sent of cheap chocolate. ANd the kids love it (and so do I, secretly).
So that's it. A is for April, and April means a lot of different things.
What does April mean for you?
A writer's life
This is the blog where a slightly crazy author writes rambling posts about everything and nothing. There's posts about my books, writing and social media. Posts about cooking and reviews. And there's posts about life and the challenges I have set myself in 2019.
Please notice: I do not earn money on this blog. I do not have affiliated links, and I'm not paid by any product I might mention on this blog. I'm just an artist who loves to blog. If you want to support me, buying one of my books would warm my heart. If they aren't to your taste, then support another indie artist instead.
We could all need your help.
Thank you <3
