Yeah, I'm pretty sure I did. Actually I'm pretty sure I wrote a very long post about it right here:
Old post on scrivener
But seriously, I've now had scrivener for 1½ year and I still bloody love it. I think Scrivener is the best writing investment I've done when it comes to getting stuff finished and organized. And even though I use it daily, I still sometimes go "uhhh shiny new feature" because I suddenly realize a new way to do things.
The fact that you can organize everything, having more than one book, characters, setting, notes, and every other piece of information in one place, easily accessed is so handy. I've used a lot of other programs before, but none of them comes close to this.
(yes, I might be going slightly fangirly here - live with it)
Is it perfect?
No, of course not. It can be really hard to figure out how to use the program and even now I have to go look on the interwebz for how-to-guides once in a while. The fact that a file from the PC version can't be opened on the Mac version is annoying to say the least. And I admit there are times where I personally just don't find the way things are done logical.
But the good so much outweighs the bad.
Okay, I think that was enough fangirling for the next few months... phew
Oh and in case you don't know what the hell scrivener is, here's a pretty little link.
Scrivener - They have a 30 day trial for free
(No, I don't earn any money if you click that link, and no, I don't know the people behind or anything. I really REALLY just like this product, and maybe you will too)
Okay, back to editing :P
A writer's life
This is the blog where a slightly crazy author writes rambling posts about everything and nothing. There's posts about my books, writing and social media. Posts about cooking and reviews. And there's posts about life and the challenges I have set myself in 2019.
Please notice: I do not earn money on this blog. I do not have affiliated links, and I'm not paid by any product I might mention on this blog. I'm just an artist who loves to blog. If you want to support me, buying one of my books would warm my heart. If they aren't to your taste, then support another indie artist instead.
We could all need your help.
Thank you <3
