The first month of 2019 have now passed, and it’s time to look at what happened. And to look forward to the coming month.
Social media challenge: So January was my first month of my social media challenge. This month I decided to do an Instagram photo challenge, because I was on the fence about Instagram. The verdict about Instagram fell hard and I’m no longer gonna post regularly on there. (You can read more about that HERE)
Other than that, my social media challenge have lead some good things with it. I made a group on facebook and have been a lot more active on there. And I’ve learned so much about twitter. I found the #WritingCommunity which I for some reason never heard about before, and I’ve met some brilliant writers and bloggers on there.

Planning: I also managed to plan all of my blog posts and social media in the first week of January, which I tell about HERE. I’m pretty damn proud of myself for that.
Writing: And I’ve been editing. In January I managed to get through all 35 chapters of Dragonslayer, and in February I’m gonna do it all again. If you wanna know more about dragonslayer, you can read more HERE.
Healthy me: 2019 is also the year where I wanna get more healthy. I’m a big sugar/carb/snacks/junk food lover and 2018 was such a bad year for me when it came to food. I hurt my ankle and since July I haven’t been able to walk as normal. So I went from 20K steps a day to 4K steps a day, which has not helped my body stay healthy. So January was my first step. A month completely without sugar. And I have to be honest. The first ten days were hell on earth. Headaches, cravings, upset stomach… But with the support on my wonderful boyfriend and some hardcore willpower I did it. And I already feel so much better. I plan on keeping the good stuff going in February. I'm not gonna abandon sugar completely (February holds two birthday, a trip to Finland, and a weeks vacation with the kids) but I am gonna think about what I'm eating and not just stuff myself with sugar. January have taught me that no, i do not die if I say no... lol. I also plan on focusing a bit more on my food in general in February. The big hurdle for me was the sugar and now that the worst is over I feel I can concentrate a bit more on the rest of my food.
